By submitting an order you are entering into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) concerned and are accepting that all information provided is correct.
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is treated as an acknowledgement of your order request. A contract for the sale of products between you and The Shiny Pebble will only be formed once a dispatch email has been sent. You can also request an order cancellation up until this point. The Shiny Pebble reserves the right to refuse any orders.

If you have not received a dispatch email within 48 hours (72 hours on weekends or bank holidays) of receiving your confirmation, please inform our team by using the contact information provided here.
We pride ourselves on the quality and condition of our products however, please bare in mind that the majority of our stock is pre-owned and may show signs of slight usage.
We have worked hard to ensure we show our products in the most accurate way, including calibrating our equipment to show accurate colours. However, every device and monitor is calibrated differently and so there might be slight differences in the colours as they appear on your device. Measurements are taken at the widest point.
By placing the order you are agreeing that you are the owner of or have authorisation to use the payment method provided. We accept payment via Paypal any all major credit and debit cards. Please note that some payment providers will require further authorisation. All prices are payable in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP).
The Shiny Pebble ships internationally. Postage is a flat fee of £2.95 for addresses within the UK and £10.50 for the rest of the world. Please note that addresses outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges. We aim to dispatch all items no later than three working days after the order is placed. Please contact us if you have not received your order three working days after dispatch.
Before placing your order please ensure that all contact details provided are correct and check that the shipping address is accurate as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been submitted.
When you create an account with us, you are agreeing to accept all responsibility for the activity and and purchases made on the account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information. Please notify us immediately if your account, personal details or payment information have been compromised.
Should you change your mind about your purchase, you are able to cancel the order at any point before the item has been dispatched. You can do this through our contact us page.
There is a 14 day cooling off period starting the day after you receive your order in which an item can be returned to us, in line with the Consumer Contracts (ICAS’S) Regulations. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received, using the original packaging where possible, and should be sent at your own cost. Once you have informed us that you wish to return the item, you have 30 days in which to do so. After the item has been received by us, a full refund will be made to your original method of payment for the cost of the item as well as the original postage cost if the whole order is being returned.
Items that have been damaged in transit or are not as described on our website should be reported to us within 7 working days so that we can provide you with a free returns label. The item(s) should be returned in its original packaging where possible, complete with all accessories and documentation. If the original packaging is damaged beyond reuse, items should be returned in suitable packaging to ensure there is no further damage made in transit. Once the item(s) have been received by The Shiny Pebble, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment and will include the cost of the return carriage to a reasonable price should it not be possible to use our free returns label. The method and cost of returning your item(s) to us should first be agreed with The Shiny Pebble in order for us to reimburse this cost to you.
Please note that if the item(s) is not received by us and you are unable to provide proof of postage for your item(s) then we will be unable to process your refund.
Any return requests which fall outside of these terms will be considered on an individual basis by the management team.
